With the sea on its doorstep, kitchens abuzz and a town shifting into a new gear, Jesolo is gearing up to take centre stage once again with the second edition of the Jesolo Gourmet Festival, scheduled for 15–17 and 22–24 May. An event that aims to showcase the local area through its cuisine.
The tried-and-tested format is now enriched with a greater sense of purpose: twelve dinners in twelve restaurants across the town, featuring Michelin-starred chefs invited to collaborate with local kitchens. It is not just about prestigious names, but a genuine exchange of techniques, ideas and gastronomic visions.
The aim is to promote Jesolo’s culinary identity, moving beyond its image as a seaside resort and highlighting a gastronomic scene that is constantly growing.
